Does 24/7 mean someone is available immediately?+
No. It means the business advertises around-the-clock service. Response time depends on location and workload. Always confirm an estimated arrival time when you call.
How are businesses chosen and ordered?+
We collect information from official business websites. We do not independently vet their work. By default, sponsored placements appear first, followed by advertised 24/7 providers. You can change the sort order.
Where do the ratings come from?+
We display a rating only when we can link to its source. A rating published on a provider’s website is not an independently verified PipeScout review. We never generate or invent reviews.

No. Browsing and contacting a business are free. Providers can pay for clearly labeled sponsored placements. You arrange and pay for the actual plumbing service directly.
