What we collect
We record profile views, phone reveals and clicks, website and external booking clicks, and form submissions. A random session identifier is stored in your browser session storage. We do not record calls and cannot confirm whether a booking or phone conversation takes place.
Information you submit
We store details you submit, including your name, email, and message, so the directory team can review your enquiry. Directory messages are not automatically delivered to businesses. Please do not include sensitive information.
Access and use
Business listings are public. Directory messages and interaction reports can only be read by an authorized administrator. Requests are retained until an administrator deletes them.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of a message, use “Ask the directory team” on the relevant business profile and include the email address and date of your original request.
External services
Phone, booking, and website links open external services, which have their own privacy policies. Listed businesses are independent of PipeScout.
